Pietas Program
Pietas is a Greek Word used by Virgil in Aeneid to describe one’s commitment to one’s family, country, and gods, in view of building a new civilization that is based on wisdom and virtue. In Christianity, it was adopted by Christian to describe our devotion to God (Acts 17:3), as well devotion to one’s own family (1 Tim 5:4). Thus, at Veritas, Pietas Program seeks to cultivate students’ appreciation, conviction, and vision to build up a Christ-centered culture, from family to every aspect of our social and civic life.
