Mrs. Hope Nguyen
Mrs. Hope Nguyen is a 1997 alumnus of Northwest Bible College or what is now called Northwest University in Kirkland, WA. She graduated with a BA in Church Ministries emphasizing in Missions. Her most rewarding times are spent with people explaining and imparting God’s word, and applying it to the modern world. This has led her into youth, college/career, and children’s ministries for over two and a half decades. Classroom teaching has recently lent its tools to her for the past five years. She’s had the privilege and honor of sharpening this craft in the classical format both in Newberg, OR teaching 2nd grade and entering Fullerton, CA teaching both 1st and 2nd graders. Classical education molds the heartbeat of God and human development into an unapologetic sculpture for all to gaze and ponder. It invites the philosopher, skeptic, and seeker into a conversation destined to reveal truth, wisdom, and virtues. Alongside her greatest rewards are her greatest joys, her family. They are the world to her. She has four incredible human beings: Audrey, Landon, Sadie, and Theodore. Her lightning rod, Bang, is her best friend and life-partner. Her best times are spent with her family reading and exploring the outdoors. If she could choose one verse to live by, it would be Galatians 2:20, “I have been crucified with Christ. It is no longer I who live, but Christ who lives in me. And the life I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me.” This is her prayer in her studies, before her family, among her students, and in her community.
